Crooks & Collars... ehm, I Mean Bracelets

Ever noticed the profile on crooks that get caught? Most tend to be....well, bad guys and gals. Also, there seems to be just regular folk on the [do]justice hit list. What about the *really* bad guys and gals? You know the ones I am talking about.... politicians. Naw... politicians aren't bad guys and gals they are the good and faithful citizens, right???
